Tip Calculator including Sale and Tax Calc

I wanted this app to be *really* easy to use. Thats why it might look simple!

Just add the price and you can either add or subtract the tax/tip/discount from it.

Just swipe from right to left to see the menu (or tap the settings button). Tap the percentage button and enter a new value.
